Midwest Trench Academy is a Crystal Lake program through and through. Our home field is Forge Fitness in downtown Crystal Lake, where offensive and defensive linemen train position-specific technique year-round.

Headed to Crystal Lake Central Tigers, Crystal Lake South Gators or Prairie Ridge Wolves? Our sessions prepare linemen for the next level with the technique high school coaches expect from day one.
Sessions are held right here in town at Forge Fitness, 141 N. Main St. — no commute required.

Sessions are split by side of the ball — offense and defense each get dedicated coaching time. Training is open to athletes in 5th grade and up. Bring a friend — drop-ins are welcome, but please register prior to the session.
